Not a match? You can move on.

You do not need a big explanation when the chemistry is missing. End the conversation and try a different match. Someone can be perfectly pleasant and still not be the person you feel like talking to.

Use block when you do not want further contact

Blocking is the choice for someone you do not want to hear from again. Use the block control for that person rather than continuing a conversation you have already decided to leave.

A simple mismatch is different from misconduct. You can block someone because you do not want contact; you do not need to turn an ordinary difference in chemistry into a report.

If someone tries to deceive you, use the reporting feature for that account. Explain what happened so the platform can review it and take action against confirmed violations.
